I provide injury treatment and wellness massage therapy. I use slow deep pressure with hands instead of elbows for a more specific targeted massage. 
Due to sensitivities I wear very tight fitting gloves during the massage most clients don’t notice. I massage on a far Infrared Amethyst Heating Pad.
